Looking to join a dynamic private practice to build your skills in working with families, couples and support systems? We are seeking a Pennsylvania licensed therapist or pre-licensed clinician to join our dynamic team of systemically oriented therapists at the Bucks Family Support Center.
Are you a systems therapist that specializes in working with families, couples, children and associated relational dynamics? Do you provide care from a trauma-informed lens, and understand maladaptive systemic behaviors as a way that people attempt problem solving, to cope with existing disconnection and to manage their experience of trauma? Our practice is committed to an all-paths-to-healing approach, meeting clients where they are in their behaviors and lifecycle.
We work within a team that includes different perspectives and modalities. All sessions with individuals, couples, families, and support systems are designed to enhance connection, communication, and wellbeing. Our team of providers is authentic, compassionate, and experienced. Our approaches include expertise in Internal Family Systems, Gottman method, Bowenian, Contextual, Strategic, Structural, Experiential, Narrative, and other treatment modalities.
Requirements include Pennsylvania licensed therapist or Master’s or Doctoral graduate seeking licensure (we can also support those working towards New Jersey licensure). We ask for an initial commitment of at least 6 clients per week, with preference given to those who would like to build their caseloads. While providers are supported in setting fair compensation rates, they have autonomy over fees and working hours.
