Haley Eicher (she/her) received her master’s degree in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University, and her bachelor’s degree from Colgate University with a major in Psychology and a minor in LGBTQ studies. Haley completed her clinical internship at Mazzoni Center in Philadelphia, where she worked individually with members of the LGBTQIA+ community in an outpatient setting.
Haley has experience working with clients of all ages, including children and adolescents, who are seeking support for a variety of reasons including anxiety, depression, substance use and relational concerns. She works with clients primarily through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework, while also integrating skills and concepts from other modalities to best fit each client’s needs. She values building authentic and collaborative therapeutic relationships with clients and believes a strong counselor-client relationship is essential to successful counseling. Haley strives to create a safe and affirming therapeutic space that is based on mutual respect, and she works to empower clients to identify and utilize their strengths in pursuit of their goals and overall wellness.
Hello and thank you for visiting my page with Bucks Support Services! When I am not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my partner at our home in Philadelphia and meeting with family and friends. I will jump at any opportunity to explore the city, play tennis, cook, and try new restaurants. I am a Jersey girl at heart who loves going to the beach, Bruce Springsteen, and a good bagel. Cuddling with my 17-year-old dachshund, Rusty, is my go-to stress reliever, along with dancing and singing to a great song. I love keeping up with pop culture, watching movies and documentaries, and listening to podcasts in my spare time.
